Hadith 667
Hadith.5628 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Sa'd ibn Abi Khalaf from Abu Al-Hasan Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim (as) who said
I asked Imam (as) about the inheritance share of the daughters of a daughter and a grandfather. Imam (as) replied: "The grandfather receives one-sixth, and the remainder goes to the daughters of the daughter."
5628 - وَ رَوَى اَلْحَسَنُ بْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي خَلَفٍ عَنْ أَبِي اَلْحَسَنِ مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ بَنَاتِ اَلاِبْنَةِ وَ جَدٍّ فَقَالَ "لِلْجَدِّ اَلسُّدُسُ وَ اَلْبَاقِي لِبَنَاتِ اَلاِبْنَةِ".
