Hadith.5591 - Muhammad ibn Abi Umayr narrated from Aban, who narrated from Isma'il Al-Ju'fi, who said
Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), said: "Whoever gives a charity and it is returned to him through inheritance, then it belongs to him."
5591 - وَ رَوَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ اَلْجُعْفِيِّ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "مَنْ تَصَدَّقَ بِصَدَقَةٍ فَرَدَّهَا عَلَيْهِ اَلْمِيرَاثُ فَهِيَ لَهُ".
