However, if they are not just, the obligation is only enforced upon their respective shares." 5546 - وَ فِي حَدِيثٍ آخَرَ : "أَنَّهُ إِذَا شَهِدَ اِثْنَانِ مِنَ اَلْوَرَثَةِ وَ كَانَا عَدْلَيْنِ أُجِيزَ ذَلِكَ عَلَى اَلْوَرَثَةِ وَ إِنْ لَمْ يَكُونَا عَدْلَيْنِ أُلْزِمَا ذَلِكَ فِي حِصَّتِهِمَا".
