Hadith 466
Hadith.5435 - Hammad ibn ʿIsa narrated from Ribʿi ibn Abdullah from Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) regarding the testimony of a woman who was present when a man was making a will, and there was no man with her. Imam (as) said
"Her testimony is accepted for one-fourth of the will."
5435 - وَ رَوَى حَمَّادُ بْنُ عِيسَى عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي شَهَادَةِ اِمْرَأَةٍ حَضَرَتْ رَجُلاً يُوصِي لَيْسَ مَعَهَا رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ
"تُجَازُ فِي رُبُعِ اَلْوَصِيَّةِ".
