Hadith 45
Hadith.5011 - Narrated by Aban from Zurara from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) who said
"A man is subjected to the prescribed punishment (hadd) while standing, and a woman while sitting. Every part of the body is struck except the face and the private parts."
5011 - وَ رَوَى أَبَانٌ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"يُضْرَبُ اَلرَّجُلُ اَلْحَدَّ قَائِماً وَ اَلْمَرْأَةُ قَاعِدَةً وَ يُضْرَبُ كُلُّ عُضْوٍ وَ يُتْرَكُ اَلْوَجْهُ وَ اَلْمَذَاكِيرُ".
