Hadith.5409 - Muhammad ibn Abi Umayr narrated from Hammad ibn Uthman who said that Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said
"There is no dying person approaching death except that Allah (swt) restores to him his hearing, sight, and intellect for the purpose of making a will - whether he chooses to make the will or not. This is the state referred to as the 'relief of death,' and it is a duty upon every Muslim."
