Hadith.5350 - Yunus ibn Abd Al-Rahman narrated, raising it to Abu Abdullah (as), who said
"The owners of livestock are not liable for anything as long as the animals are left to roam freely."
5350 - وَ رَوَى يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اَلرَّحْمَنِ رَفَعَهُ إِلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"بَهِيمَةُ اَلْأَنْعَامِ لاَ يَغْرَمُ أَهْلُهَا شَيْئاً مَا دَامَتْ مُرْسَلَةً".
