Hadith 312

Hadith.5282 - Ibn Mahbub narrated from Ishaq ibn Ammar who said
I heard Abu Abdullah (as) say: "The Commander of the Faithful (as) ruled regarding a man who was struck on his hips, causing him to lose control over his stool and urine, that the full blood money (diyya) is due for that."
5282 - وَ رَوَى اِبْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ يَقُولُ: "قَضَى أَمِيرُ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ فِي اَلرَّجُلِ يُضْرَبُ عَلَى عِجَانِهِ فَلاَ يَسْتَمْسِكُ غَائِطُهُ وَ لاَ بَوْلُهُ "إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ اَلدِّيَةَ كَامِلَةً" ".
