Hadith 276
Hadith.5246 - Amr ibn Shimr narrated from Jabir from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) regarding a man who kills his son or his slave. Imam (as) said
"He is not to be killed for that, but he should be severely beaten and exiled from his hometown."
5246 - وَ رَوَى عَمْرُو بْنُ شِمْرٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي اَلرَّجُلِ يَقْتُلُ اِبْنَهُ أَوْ عَبْدَهُ قَالَ
"لاَ يُقْتَلُ بِهِ وَ لَكِنْ يُضْرَبُ ضَرْباً شَدِيداً وَ يُنْفَى مِنْ مَسْقَطِ رَأْسِهِ".
