Hadith 216

Hadith.5184 - Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) and Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said:
"Whoever is killed through legal retribution (qisas), there is no blood money (diyyah) for him."
5184 - وَ قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ وَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ : "مَنْ قَتَلَهُ اَلْقِصَاصُ فَلاَ دِيَةَ لَهُ".
