Hadith.5153 - Hisham ibn Salim narrated from Abu Abdullah (as), who said
"A believer remains within the bounds of his faith as long as he does not commit unlawful killing." Imam (as) also said: "One who intentionally kills a believer is not granted success in repentance."
5153 - وَ رَوَى هِشَامُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"لاَ يَزَالُ اَلْمُؤْمِنُ فِي فُسْحَةٍ مِنْ دِينِهِ مَا لَمْ يُصِبْ دَماً حَرَاماً" وَ قَالَ "لاَ يُوَفَّقُ قَاتِلُ اَلْمُؤْمِنِ مُتَعَمِّداً لِلتَّوْبَةِ".
