Hadith 942
Hadith.4155 - Aban narrated from Zurara who said
I asked him about a fish that leaps out of the water, falls onto dry land, and struggles until it dies. I said: "Can I eat it?" Imam (as) said: "Yes."
4155 - وَ رَوَى أَبَانٌ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لَهُ سَمَكَةٌ اِرْتَفَعَتْ فَوَقَعَتْ عَلَى اَلْجَدَدِ فَاضْطَرَبَتْ حَتَّى مَاتَتْ آكُلُهَا قَالَ "نَعَمْ".
