Hadith.4110 - Hammad narrated from Al-Halabi, from Abu Abdullah (as), regarding a man who pledged a security with another man, and the security was destroyed or lost.
Imam (as) said
"He may reclaim his money from him."
4110 - وَ رَوَى حَمَّادٌ عَنِ اَلْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي اَلرَّجُلِ يَرْهَنُ عِنْدَ اَلرَّجُلِ اَلرَّهْنَ فَيُصِيبُهُ تَوًى أَوْ ضَاعَ قَالَ
"يَرْجِعُ بِمَالِهِ عَلَيْهِ".
