Imam (as) said: "Permission is required for the rooms, but there is no need for permission regarding the house." 3889 - وَ رُوِيَ عَنْ جَرَّاحٍ اَلْمَدَائِنِيِّ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ دَارٍ فِيهَا ثَلاَثَةُ أَبْيَاتٍ وَ لَيْسَ لَهُنَّ حَجْرٌ قَالَ "إِنَّمَا اَلْإِذْنُ عَلَى اَلْبُيُوتِ لَيْسَ عَلَى اَلدَّارِ إِذْنٌ".
