Hadith 35

Hadith.3231 - It is narrated from Al-Asbagh ibn Nubatah that he said
Commander of the Faithful Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) ruled that any error made by judges concerning bloodshed or amputation is to be compensated from the public treasury of the Muslims.
3231 - رُوِيَ عَنِ اَلْأَصْبَغِ بْنِ نُبَاتَةَ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ : قَضَى أَمِيرُ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ أَنَّ مَا أَخْطَأَتِ اَلْقُضَاةُ فِي دَمٍ أَوْ قَطْعٍ فَهُوَ عَلَى بَيْتِ مَالِ اَلْمُسْلِمِينَ.
