"When a child from the children of the believers dies, a caller announces in the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, 'Indeed, so-and-so, the son of so-and-so, has passed away.' If his parents, one of them, or a family member from the believers had already passed away, the child is entrusted to them to nurture him. If none of them had passed away, the child is entrusted to Sayyidah Fatimah {s.a} to nurture and care for them until their parents, one of them, or a family member arrives, and then she hands the child over to them."
