Hadith 1423
Hadith.4638 - Abu Basir narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding a man who marries a woman while she has a husband. Imam (as) said
"If the matter is not brought to the attention of the Imam, he must give five sa' (measures) of flour in charity. This is after he separates from her."
4638 - وَ رَوَى أَبُو بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
فِي رَجُلٍ يَتَزَوَّجُ اِمْرَأَةً وَ لَهَا زَوْجٌ فَقَالَ "إِذَا لَمْ يُرْفَعْ خَبَرُهُ إِلَى اَلْإِمَامِ فَعَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِخَمْسَةِ أَصْوَاعٍ دَقِيقاً هَذَا بَعْدَ أَنْ يُفَارِقَهَا".
