Hadith 1100

Hadith.4313 - And Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) said:
"Swear by Allah (swt) falsely and save your brother from being killed."
4313 - وَ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "اِحْلِفْ بِاللَّهِ كَاذِباً وَ أَنْجِ أَخَاكَ مِنَ اَلْقَتْلِ ".
