Hadith 881

Hadith.2448 - It is narrated from Safwan al-Jammal, who said
I said to Abu Abdullah (as), "I am traveling for Hajj with my family, and I secure my expenses by tying them around my waist."
Imam (as) said: "Yes, for my father (as) used to say: 'Part of the strength of a traveller is safeguarding their expenses.'"
2448 - رُوِيَ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ اَلْجَمَّالِ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ إِنَّ مَعِي أَهْلِي وَ أَنَا أُرِيدُ اَلْحَجَّ فَأَشُدُّ نَفَقَتِي فِي حَقْوَيَّ قَالَ «نَعَمْ فَإِنَّ أَبِي عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ كَانَ يَقُولُ» «مِنْ قُوَّةِ اَلْمُسَافِرِ حِفْظُ نَفَقَتِهِ ».
