Hadith.2445 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said:
"The right of a traveller is that their companions should stay with them for three days if they fall ill."

Al-Kāfi #2319“The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘It is of the rights of a traveler on his companions to look after him for three days if he falls ill.”’
