Hadith 284

Hadith.1855 - Muhammad ibn Muslim narrated from Imam (as) that Imam (as) said
"When you fast, let your hearing, your sight, your hair, and your skin also fast," and Imam mentioned other things besides these.
Imam (as) also said: "The day of your fast should not be like the day when you are not fasting."
1855 - وَ رَوَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْهُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «إِذَا صُمْتَ فَلْيَصُمْ سَمْعُكَ وَ بَصَرُكَ وَ شَعْرُكَ وَ جِلْدُكَ وَ عَدَّدَ أَشْيَاءَ غَيْرَ هَذَا» وَ قَالَ «لاَ يَكُونُ يَوْمُ صَوْمِكَ كَيَوْمِ فِطْرِكَ ».
