Hadith 1449

Hadith.3015 - Muawiya ibn Ammar narrated from Abu Abdullah (as), who said
"If you intend to leave on the second day (of Tashreeq), it is not permissible for you to depart until the sun has passed its zenith. However, if you delay until the last day of Tashreeq, which is the final day of departure, then there is no issue with leaving at any time, whether you throw the pebbles before or after the zenith."
3015 - رَوَى مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
«إِذَا أَرَدْتَ أَنْ تَنْفِرَ فِي يَوْمَيْنِ فَلَيْسَ لَكَ أَنْ تَنْفِرَ حَتَّى تَزُولَ اَلشَّمْسُ فَإِنْ تَأَخَّرْتَ إِلَى آخِرِ أَيَّامِ اَلتَّشْرِيقِ وَ هُوَ يَوْمُ اَلنَّفْرِ اَلْأَخِيرِ فَلاَ عَلَيْكَ أَيَّ سَاعَةٍ نَفَرْتَ وَ رَمَيْتَ قَبْلَ اَلزَّوَالِ أَوْ بَعْدَهُ».
