Hadith 1356

Hadith.2922 - It was narrated from Asim ibn Humayd, from Muhammad ibn Muslim, who said
I asked Abu Ja'far (as) about a man who died without performing the Hajj of Islam and did not include it in his will. Should it be performed on his behalf?
Imam (as) said: "Yes."
2922 - وَ رُوِيَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مَاتَ وَ لَمْ يَحُجَّ حَجَّةَ اَلْإِسْلاَمِ وَ لَمْ يُوصِ بِهَا أَ يُقْضَى عَنْهُ قَالَ «نَعَمْ».
