Imam (as) said: "It is obligatory except for those in Mina." 1461 - وَ رَوَى اِبْنُ اَلْمُغِيرَةِ عَنِ اَلْقَاسِمِ بْنِ اَلْوَلِيدِ قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ غُسْلِ اَلْأَضْحَى، قَالَ «وَاجِبٌ إِلاَّ بِمِنًى.
