Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh
Hadith 13711380 - وَ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ اَلرَّجُلِ يَخَافُ اَلْجَنَابَةَ فِي اَلسَّفَرِ أَوْ فِي اَلْبَرْدِ فَيُعَجِّلُ صَلاَةَ اَللَّيْلِ وَ اَلْوَتْرَ فِي أَوَّلِ اَللَّيْلِ فَقَالَ «نَعَمْ.
Hadith.1380 - He (Layth al-Muradi) said:
"I asked him (Abu Abdullah (as)) about a man who fears becoming ritually impure (janabah) while traveling or in cold weather and thus performs the night prayer (salat al-layl) and Witr at the beginning of the night.
Imam (as) said: 'Yes.'"
