Hadith 1066

Hadith.1072 - Ammar al-Sabati asked him about a man who is in prayer and sees a snake in front of him. Is it permissible for him to step forward and kill it?
Imam (as) said: "If there is just one step between him and the snake, then he may step forward and kill it; otherwise, he should not."
1072 - وَ سَأَلَهُ عَمَّارٌ اَلسَّابَاطِيُّ: عَنِ اَلرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ فِي اَلصَّلاَةِ فَيَرَى حَيَّةً بِحِيَالِهِ هَلْ يَجُوزُ لَهُ أَنْ يَتَنَاوَلَهَا وَ يَقْتُلَهَا قَالَ «إِنْ كَانَ بَيْنَهَا وَ بَيْنَهُ خُطْوَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ فَلْيَخْطُ وَ يَقْتُلُهَا وَ إِلاَّ فَلاَ.
