Imam Ali (AS) said, The justice of a king is the life of the populace and the prosperity of the creatures.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : عَدْلُ السُّلْطانِ حَياةُ الرَّعِيَّةِ وَ صَلاحُ البَريَّةِ
