Imam Ali (AS) said, A believer is easy going, polite, approachable and reliable.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : ألمُؤْمِنُ هَيِّنٌ لَيِّنٌ سَهْلٌ مُؤتَمَنٌ
