Imam Ali (AS) said, When you are the cause of someones affliction, it is obligatory upon you to show courtesy [and kindness] in trying to remedy his affliction.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : مَنْ كُنْتَ سَبَباً لَهُ في بَلائِهِ وَجَبَ عَلَيْكَ التَّلَطُّفُ في عَلاجِ دائِهِ
