Imam Ali (AS) said, The outward aspect of the Quran is elegant and its inward aspect is profound.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : ظاهِرُ القُرْآنِ أنيقٌ وَ باطِنُهُ عَميقٌ
