Imam Ali (AS) said, He who gets angry on the one whom he cannot harm, prolongs his sadness and torments himself.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : مَنْ غَضِبَ عَلى مَنْ لايَقْدِرُ عَلى مَضَرَّتِهِ طالَ حُزْنُهُ وَ عذَّبَ نَفْسَهُ
