Imam Ali (AS) said, Do not fault others for that which you do yourself, and do not punish (or rebuke) others for the sin that you permit yourself [to indulge in].
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : لاتَعِبْ غَيْرَكَ بِما تَأْتِيهِ وَلاتُعاقِبْ (وَلا تُعاتِبْ) غَيْرَكَ بِذَنْب تُرَخِّصُ لِنَفْسِكَ فيهِ
