Imam Ali (AS) said, The most honourable of endeavours is being careful of [fulfilling] ones pledges (and the best trait is keeping ties with near relatives).
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : أشْرَفُ الهِمَمِ رِعايَةُ الذِّمامِ (الذِّمَمِ وَ أفْضَلُ الشِّيَمِ صِلَةُ الرَّحِمِ)
