Imam Ali (AS) said, If you are not an articulating scholar then be an attentive listener.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : إذا لَمْ تَكُنْ عالِماً ناطِقاً فَكُنْ مُسْتَمِعاً واعِياً
