۞
Imam Ali (AS) said, Verily it behoves those who have been protected [from sins] and have been favoured with safety [from misdeeds] to take pity on sinners and other disobedient people; and to make the gratitude for their good state prevail over them and act as a barrier for them.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : إنَّما يَنْبَغي لأهْلِ الْعِصْمَةِ وَ الْمَصْنُوعِ إلَيْهِمْ فِي السَّلامَةِ أنْ يَرْحَمُوا أهْلَ المَعْصِيَةِ وَ الذُّنُوبِ وَ أنْ يَكُونَ الشُّكْرُ على مُعافاتِهِمْ هُوَ الغالِبَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَالحاجِزَ لَهُمْ
