Imam Ali (AS) said, The beauty of politics is [maintaining] justice in authority and pardoning despite having power [to punish].
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : جَمالُ السِّياسَةِ العَدْلُ فِي الاِمْرَةِ وَ العَفْوُ مَعَ الْقُدْرَةِ
