Imam Ali (AS) said, Verily this world has elapsed and is on the verge of expiry; its good has been shunned, its novelty has become old and its fat has become lean.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : ألا وَ إنَّ الدُّنيا قَدْ تَصَرَّمَتْ وَ آذَنَتْ بِانْقِضاء وَ تَنَكَّرَ مَعْرُوفُها وَ صارَ جَديدُها رَثّاً وسَمينُها غَثّاً
