Imam Ali (AS) said, That which is not appropriate for you to do in the open should not be done by you in private.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : ما لا يَنْبَغي أنْ تَفْعَلَهُ فيِ الْجَهْرِ فَلا تَفْعَلْهُ فيِ السِّرِّ
