Imam Ali (AS) said, The strongest of all people is the one who overcomes his anger with his forbearance.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : أقْوىَ النّاسِ مَنْ قَوِيَ عَلى غَضَبِهِ بِحِلْمِهِ
