Imam Ali (AS) said, Self-sacrifice is the best [form of] benevolence and the highest stage of faith.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : الإيثارُ أحْسَنُ الإحْسانِ وأعْلى مَراتِبِ الإيمانِ
