Imam Ali (AS) said, Cast down your gaze in battles, for this will make you calmer and cause your hearts to be more tranquil.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : غُضُّوا الأبْصارَ في الحُرُوبِ فَإنَّهُ أرْبَطُ لِلْجَأْشِ وَ أسْكَنُ لِلْقُلوُبِ
