Imam Ali (AS) said, Combat your vain desire with your knowledge and your anger with your forbearance.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : قاتِلْ هَواكَ بِعِلْمِكَ وَ غَضَبَكَ بِحِلْمِكَ
