Imam Ali (AS) said, Verily if you follow your vain desire, it will make you deaf and blind, ruin your place of [final] return and destroy you.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : إنَّكَ إنْ أطَعْتَ هَواكَ أصَمَّكَ وَ أعْماكَ وَ أفْسَدَ مُنْقَلَبَكَ وَأرْداكَ
