Imam Ali (AS) said, The worst person is one who fears the people with regards to [fulfilling the commandments of] his Lord but does not fear his Lord with regards to the people.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : شَرُّ النّاسِ مَنْ يَخْشَى النّاسَ في رَبِّهِ وَ لا يَخْشى رَبَّهُ فِي النّاسِ
