Imam Ali (AS) said, The strongest person is one who gains an upper hand over his [carnal] soul.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : أقْوَى النّاسِ مَنْ قَوِيَ عَلى نَفْسِهِ
