2-23 Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Yahya al-Attar - may God be pleased with him - narrated that his father quoted on the authority of Al-Hussein ibn Ishaq al-Tajir, on the authority of Ali ibn Mahzyar, on the authority of Fuzalat , on the authority of Isma’il ibn Abi Zyad al-Sakoony, on the authority of Aba Abdullah as-Sadiq (MGB) that his father Al-Baqir (MGB) said, “
The Blessed the Sublime God revealed to Moses (MGB), ‘Do not get pleased with the extent of your wealth and do not abandon remembering Me under any circumstances since extensive wealth will cause the forgetting of sins, and abandoning My remembrance will cause the hardening of hearts.’”
