Hadith 827
۞
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has narrated the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about how to make people of the book to take an oath. He (the Imam) said, ’Do not make them to take oath by anything other than Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious.’”
1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنْ أَهْلِ الْمِلَلِ يُسْتَحْلَفُونَ فَقَالَ لا تُحْلِفُوهُمْ إِلا بِاللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ.
