3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has narrated the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin, Ali (a.s.), accepted the testimony of a man whose hand and foot was cut off, he had repented and his repentance had become known . 555
3- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) أَنَّ
أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) شَهِدَ عِنْدَهُ رَجُلٌ وَقَدْ قُطِعَتْ يَدُهُ وَرِجْلُهُ بِشَهَادَةٍ فَأَجَازَ شَهَادَتَهُ وَقَدْ كَانَ تَابَ وَ[قَدْ] عُرِفَتْ تَوْبَتُهُ.
