6. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr from Dawud ibn Sarhan who has narrated the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Witnesses must not refuse to present their testimony when they are called before it (the case and testimony) is written down.’”
