Hadith 425
6. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from ibn Sama‘ah from ‘Abd Allah ibn Jabalah and Ali ibn Ribat from ‘Abd Allah ibn Bukayr from ‘Ubayd ibn Zurarah who has narrated the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that brothers from mother’s side do not receive any share from the wergild.’”
6- حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ جَبَلَةَ وَعَلِيِّ بْنِ رِبَاطٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
لا يَرِثُ الإخْوَةُ مِنَ الأمِّ مِنَ الدِّيَةِ شَيْئاً.
